How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We only print/embroider to order to minimize wastage of materials. Therefore we need one to two weeks production and shipping time. It is therefore possible that your package will arrive three days after your order or that it may take longer.
As soon as your package has been packed and handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.
Why hasn't my order arrived yet?
Sometimes it happens that the carrier is unable to deliver your item due to the wrong address. If this happens, your package will be sent back to us. As soon as this has arrived, we will contact you and compare the address with you again.
Can I cancel my order?
Each of our products is made to order. Accordingly, all cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order is already in production and can therefore no longer be cancelled.
The goods arrived damaged, what can I do?
All goods are thoroughly inspected by us before dispatch to ensure they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Nevertheless, transport damage can unfortunately occur. If your order shows obvious signs of transport damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept the goods and notify us immediately.
If the damage only becomes apparent when the packaging is opened, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. In both cases we will arrange for the goods to be redelivered as soon as possible.
For all inquiries about faulty goods we require photographic evidence so that we can investigate the matter. Once we receive a photo, we will investigate the matter and decide whether to accept or reject your claim of error.
We are not responsible for errors caused by negligence or misuse.
How can I return my product?
Returns are accepted within 14 business days of your arrival. All garments must be returned unworn, in 100% re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. If you would like to return an order, please email us with your order number, the item you wish to return and your reason for return. If we receive unauthorized returns, we will return them to the sender. The shipping costs for the returned package are to be borne by the customer.
Once an accepted return arrives at our office, we\'ll refund the money the same way you sent it to us within 3 business days.
